I greatly enjoyed this unique accommodation with friendly and superfriendly staff. the check-in was efficient. - the atmosphere throughout the hotel was family-like and welcoming.

The room we stayed in was brand-new and air-conditioned with confortable beds and a bath plus a claustrophobic shower. The property's location was magnificent and perfect, very close to Earl's Court subway station.

The views were unpleasant.

The property is pretty standard but the staff is attentive at all times. the meals are tasty. the location in London is magnificent and perfect, just off London at a reasonable price in a good location close to a metro, tubes and bus stops. It also provides easy access to Courtfield Gardens West.

Rooms with ac had a family atmosphere.

The room had all the essentials and I loved how cozy the bed was, plus the hotel is conveniently situated near top museums in the city.

The location only a block from the Tube made it ideal for exploring London. There were also lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

They wanted to charge 10 pounds a night to use the a/c!

The breakfast is good cheap, with jams, toast and also yoghurt. This property is in a magnificent and lovely location, short walk to bus stop and tube station and shops, fast food places, pubs, stores and super markets. Very helpful and particularly helpful staff from Reception desk and breakfast team, everything is lovely.

The hotel's location is fantastic - it's just a 3-minute walk from the nearest metro station. it's conveniently situated near Kensington's attractions, shops, restaurants, and the Earls Court tube station.

Excellent position close to Earl's Court underground station; quiet location.

I would have prefered to charge my room with the cost of breakfast instead paying it every time seperately.

The location

On arrival the hotel looks great lovely reception and bar/resturant the staff seemed less than interested and when getting into my room I was very suprised that the room was so dated not very clean and well the matress was very lumpy and very little support. They also had taken payment for the room before I had arrived and I booked for a guest from Germany which they also took payment for??

The double room I stayed in was small but well-maintained and had clean amenities like storage space, as well as tea and coffee facilities.

As a woman travelling alone I felt welcome and safe. The Indian food in the restaurant is excellent!

Hotel staff is really please, Room is comfortable and Nearly Tube and bus stop but still quite.Many restaurant and shop, nearly self service laundry shop.

Shower Room too small for me and can't change level of shower,No counter in bathroom.
